Benefits Include
Vacation: up to 5 days per year
Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours yearly; medical, dental & vision after 30 calendar days of employment for full‑time employees, life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and 90 days of company holidays.
Effective 1/2/26: CDL license holders receive a hiring bonus of $1,000 paid in four installments after completing a 90‑day probation period.
Key Responsibilities
Safety‑Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Passenger Care: Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
Vehicle Vigilance: Lead vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment.
Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
21 years or older
Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger endorsement preferred but not required
Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. Drug‑Free Workplace.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work shifts or a flexible work schedule as needed.
Employee is generally subjected to long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
Work environment will be a combination of indoor and outdoor settings.
