Tentative Schedule
High Dosage Tutor (Tues‑Thurs, 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM): ELA/Math, grades 1st‑6th. Appointment based 1v1, 3v1.
Homework Helper (Tues‑Thurs, 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM & Fri, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM): All subjects, grades 1st‑12th. Walk‑ins.
Pay
$22 per hour standard
$23 per hour if bilingual (Spanish or other preferred language based on site request)
$24 per hour if credentialed teacher or certificated tutor.
In this role, you will
Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Provide homework help to 1st‑12 students.

Can complete the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer
Will pass FBI/DOJ background check
Can provide 3 professional references
Have a minimum of 60 units of college credits
Have at least one year of student‑related experience
Are detail‑oriented and highly dependable
Are an effective communicator
Have reliable transportation
Can provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired
Love learning, teaching, and empowering others to soar
