Meal Preparation & Service: Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of foods for residents, ensuring high-quality meals. Baking: Bake rolls, cookies, cakes, and pies, following recipes and dietary specifications. Tray Line Service: Work on the tray line during meal service to ensure residents' meals are served efficiently and accurately. Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean kitchen, including hand washing and sanitizing pots and pans. General Cleaning: Clean kitchen areas and perform related tasks as needed. Cook Requirements
Experience: Minimum one year of experience in large-scale cooking. Leadership: Will manage the kitchen in the absence of the Food Service Director. Transportation: Reliable transportation to from the facility. Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing for long periods. Team Player: Should be a strong team player with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of large-scale and therapeutic food preparation. What We Offer
