Part‑Time, Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM–6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Provide classroom support in infant, toddler, and preschool environments as needed.
Assist teachers with daily routines including transitions, activities, meals, and rest time.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines.
Step into classrooms quickly and confidently as staffing needs change throughout the day.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.
Reliable, flexible, and comfortable supporting multiple age groups.
CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Must meet all Virginia childcare licensing requirements.
