Job Description Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a
Fitness Desk Attendant | Weekend
for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa. If you love hospitality, creating amazing customer experiences, and the structure and benefits that come from working with a hotel company then you will love working with Omni!
Responsibilities
Know and greet members by name.
Register members and guests by last name first, first name last and always get proper billing information, requests and gender preference.
Maintain cleanliness of locker room and wet areas throughout pm shifts.
Assist in keeping all Fitness/Tennis storage space clean and organized.
Review communication log book at the start of each shift. Record information regarding member/guest issues, housekeeping, engineering, pools, hot tubs and steam rooms to shift supervisor/manager.
Complete and initial all opening and closing checklist and turn into shift supervisor/manager.
Know current hours of operation for the following areas: Fitness, Spa Salon, Kid's Club, Spa Shop, Coffee Market, Aquatics, Tennis and Pool Cabana.
Qualifications
6 months experience and training in similar position in the hotel/resort/guest service industry.
Helpful to have some computer experience as well as MICROS experience.
Must have excellent phone skills.
The Associate is often required to stand, walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
