Job Description Nurtures a spiritual care culture by mentoring and modeling spiritual support. Mentors and supports department leaders to nurture their teams spiritually. Provides spiritual support to team members within their assigned setting. Coordinates annual and monthly programs for spiritual enrichment in the regional community. Adheres to required metric accountabilities and data collection set by leadership. Maintains a log of care visits, documenting pertinent information for management. Collects and reports stories and experiences that highlight the impact of mission integration. Provides inspirational messages and devotionals for team meetings. Practices the ministry of presence by rounding in regional facilities and maintaining office hours. Manages the promotion, recruitment, and training for volunteer ministry efforts. Participates in and helps coordinate community events as assigned. Collaborates with various departments to ensure high‑quality execution of programs. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements Master’s (Required)
Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $60,151.66 - $111,886.39
