Job Description
Facilitates strong communication within the team, working with sub‑team leads to delegate tasks and ensure successful completion of multiple projects.
Identifies issues, manages stakeholder expectations, and offers recommendations for creative solutions based on priorities and development roadmap.
Develops an overall project view with a focus on critical priorities to help move projects along and mitigate issues.
Maintains constant communication with stakeholders to understand their initiatives in projects and campaigns.
Navigates all projects through the appropriate approval process. Leads team meetings to review current projects, strategize new projects, determine priorities, and establish deadlines.
Leads post‑mortem meetings to evaluate project and campaign outcomes, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts.
Displays high competency in project management, working in a fast‑paced and complex environment, executing large projects, and managing multiple deadlines.
Collaborates with leadership across the region to manage the strategic planning, implementation, and analysis for all projects and campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
Oversees strategic planning and successful execution of projects and campaigns from inception to final product, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting deadlines.
Manages deliverables for projects and campaigns, coordinating with in‑house creative teams to produce required assets.
Qualification Requirements
Associate (Required), Bachelor's
Project Management Institute (PMI) – Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $60,151.66 – $111,886.39
