Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry‑Level Spindle Repair Technician. This role is perfect for someone with basic mechanical skills who’s eager to learn and grow in a hands‑on technical environment. You’ll assist with inspecting, cleaning, and repairing spindle components used in CNC machines and other industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Help disassemble and clean spindle units under supervision.
Learn to inspect parts for wear or damage using basic tools.
Assist with replacing bearings and other components.
Support testing and balancing of repaired spindles.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Document work performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Candidates with an Industrial Machine Repair or Automotive Mechanic background are encouraged to apply.
One to three years of on‑the‑job experience preferred, but will train qualified candidates.
Basic understanding of hand tools and measuring instruments.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Good attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on your feet.
