As a Trimmer, you will help turn frames and fabrics into the furniture our customers love. You will also play a key role in upholding our quality standards by ensuring each piece is built with precision, durability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Attach binding, braids, skirts or other trimming materials or fabrics to upholstered frames.
Attach bindings or apply solutions to edges of cut material to prevent raveling.
Attach fasteners, grommets, buttons, buckles, ornamental trim, and other accessories to covers or frames, using hand tools.
Examine furniture frames and upholstery to locate defects.
Fit, install, and secure material on frames, using hand tools, power tools, glue, cement, and/or staples.
Make custom upholstered furniture, using hand tools and knowledge of fabrics and upholstery methods.
Read work orders and apply knowledge and experience with materials to determine types and amounts of materials required to cover workpieces.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Three or more years of experience as an upholsterer.
Ability to perform skilled tasks with occasional problem solving to resolve issues.
Ability to multi‑task and manage many responsibilities and projects at one time.
High attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret work orders.
Ability to interact individually with users and work cross‑functionally throughout the organization.
