What You’ll Do
Lead playgroups and rotate pups through rest and play based on their size and playstyle.
Use calm and intentional body language to proactively redirect behavior and maintain safe group dynamics.
Monitor each pup’s body language, appetite, mood, and signs of stress or illness.
Deliver meals and enrichment services while tracking everything in our custom Skiptown app.
Keep our space clean, safe, and joyful, following exacting cleaning protocols.
Communicate observations and needs clearly with teammates and leaders.
Keep pups (and your team!) calm, happy, and thriving.

Experience in pup daycare, shelters, vet clinics, or animal handling.
Comfort working with pups of all sizes and temperaments.
High standards and comfort with fast‑paced environments.
Musts & Physical Requirements
Ability to be on your feet and physically active for 8+ hours.
Comfortable lifting pups and supplies up to 50 lbs.
Okay working indoors/outdoors, rain or shine, loud or messy.
Resilient to hair, dirt, drool, and the occasional launching pup.
