Cook – Quest Food Management Services Position Summary: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or holidays. School schedule.

Prepare and present menu items during cafeteria service to Quest standards.

Follow preparation list for required items and assist with day-to-day kitchen operations.

Perform bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning.

Assist customers and maintain line in a consistent, professional manner.

Assist in cold prep, salad, and grab‑and‑go production.

Serve food on the hot line.

Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines.

Receive and put away all kitchen deliveries.
