Cook – Monday‑Friday, School Schedule (no holidays or weekends)
Location: Bedford Park, IL.
Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 6 am – 2 pm.
Responsibilities
Prepare and present menu items during cafeteria service to Quest standards.
Follow preparation list for items needed for execution of menus and assist in day‑to‑day operations of the kitchen.
Perform bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving and cleaning.
Assist customers and maintain a consistent and professional line.
Assist in cold prep, salad and grab‑and‑go production with recipes; expected to serve food on the hot line.
Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines.
Receive and put away all kitchen deliveries.
