Order Fulfillment Associate Part Time

Job Summary Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The role supports the team’s digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

Responsibilities
Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using an RF scanner.
Communicate inventory and equipment problems, expired or short‑dated items, and need for replenishment.
Collaborate with the team to pull from reserve areas and avoid sales floor replenishment when possible.
Ensure orders are picked within productivity requirements and meet KPIs.
Follow operational efficiencies, SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
Securely package orders per standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and perform general housekeeping duties.
Process returns and determine handling via DDR or membership desk.
Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
Maintain attendance and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Perform additional duties or work in other departments as needed.
Qualifications
Previous order pulling experience preferred.
Experience in big box/wholesale retail preferred.
Experience with RF scanners preferred.
Job Conditions
Continuous movement on hard surfaces; frequent bending, climbing, crawling, and stooping.
Lifting objects up to 30 pounds; assistance may be required for heavier items.
Exposure to machinery, loud equipment, and temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders.
Occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.
The compensation range for this position starts at $16.00, with variability based on location, experience, and qualifications.
