Athletic Ticket Office Student Assistant
Inside Higher Ed, Lexington, KY Salary: Starting at $10.00 per hour. Part‑time student position. Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service at the ticket office over the phone and in person. Process ticket sales, reconcile daily sales, and assist with mobile ticket zones, compliance pass entrance, will‑call distribution and scanning operations. Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via phone, mail and walk‑up orders. Perform daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments. Assist with mobile ticket help zones, compliance pass entrance, will‑call distribution and scanning operations. Work nights and weekends as needed for events, including all home football games and select athletic events. Maintain reliable transportation to and from athletic events. Qualifications
High School degree. Currently enrolled/registered student at the University of Kentucky. Experience in customer service, in person or over the phone. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel). Dependable, punctual, strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail, customer‑friendly personality, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Physical & Shift Requirements
Lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs. Office hours Monday‑Friday as needed; evenings, weekends, and all home football games required. Application Deadline
