Position Title: PT Evening/Weekend Concierge - Independent Living
Salary: $12/hr
Schedule: Thursday - Sunday evenings 2:00pm - 8:00pm or 10:00pm

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of clerical/reception experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Preferable experience in a hospitality environment where communication and customer relations skills are essential
Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations
Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times
Experience in senior living preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for up to 75% of the workday
Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
Must be able to access and navigate the full campus
Ability to maintain mental and visual attention to diversified operations
Ability to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions
General Summary The Concierge Associate is responsible for answering GCV telephones; greeting and providing appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors; assisting management staff with clerical duties; and responding to emergency calls.
Essential Job Duties
Greets all persons who enter Green Country Village in a courteous manner; informs, guides, directs, or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff, and vendors to present the best possible image of the community.
Assists in maintaining residents’ information in an orderly and complete manner.
Receives and checks in supply orders; restocks supply inventories.
Completes Marketing Inquiry Sheet and communicates results to Marketing.
Answers incoming calls, takes and relays messages accurately and timely.
Accepts and records, as directed, payments, reservations, appointments, cancellations, etc.
Provides a variety of administrative support to residents and other departments.
Adheres to Hospitality Promises: greet warmly, treat everyone with respectful courtesy, anticipate needs, respond enthusiastically, hold accountability, value differences, make everyone feel important, ask “Is there anything else I can do for you?” and maintain high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
