Job Description Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Jessup, MD!

The Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes.

Responsibilities

Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners

Create and maintain homeowners’ job files

Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls

Work with sales representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress

Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations

Qualifications

1+ years customer service experience

Solid and accurate data entry skills

Strong communication and time management skills

Competency in Microsoft Office software

High attention to detail and organization abilities

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks

Pay Range $26.90 - $39.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
