Pay Range Base pay: $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests; assist with questions or concerns as they check in.

Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging members and supporting their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.

Resolve member concerns and, when necessary, escalate to the Club Manager.

Answer phones friendly and assist callers with inquiries.

Perform membership functions: sign‑ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, unpaid balance collection, and membership transfers.

Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly targets.

Make prospective member calls and tours, assessing their membership needs.

Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.

Clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities, including communal spaces.

Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter‑free.

Conduct comprehensive walks of all club areas to address safety, policy, and cleanliness issues.

Address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken equipment or missing items promptly.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).

Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands

Continual standing and moving throughout the club during shifts.

Continual in‑person or phone communication during shifts.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

May encounter toxic chemicals during shifts.

Requires frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.

Involves moving in different positions, including bending and twisting.
