Slot Attendant – Must have a Flexible Schedule. Part‑time position in Port Canaveral. Must be 18 years of age or older.

The Slot Attendant is responsible for providing additional services to the guests, including payouts, answering questions, and handling minor disputes. The role also involves basic maintenance on slot machines and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the area.

Responsibilities

Assist the Slot Supervisor in all jackpots by paying out jackpot winnings to guests.

Change paper in slot machines when needed.

Assist guests and explain slot machine winning combinations, pay lines, etc.

Inform the Slot Tech of repairs that need to be made on specific slot machines.

Take responsibility for gaming keys issued during the shift.

Assist other employees when needed.

Monitor area for cleanliness and empty ashtrays, pick up trash, straighten chairs, etc.

Provide guests with current information on all promotions and casino events.

Create a quality entertainment experience for all guests by using the Hospitality Standards.

Observe guests to identify regulars and learn their names.

Possess a thorough knowledge of the Victory Casino Player’s Club rules and policies.

Assist guests on how to use the Player’s card in the slot machine, explain how they earn points and how to download promotional dollars.

Hours/Shift Requirements Due to business demands, you must be able to work nights, weekends, special events, and holidays.

Qualifications & Requirements

Victory Casino Cruises has a no visible tattoo policy. Must have no visible tattoos.

Must successfully pass a drug test, background screening, and credit check.

Must obtain TWIC and MMC. Acceptable documents to obtain badging are Passport or Government‑issued photo ID and a certified copy of birth certificate. Supporting documents needed for a name change.
