Set on a 36-acre campus in Commack, NY, the Gurwin Healthcare System includes the 460-bed Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, memory care, respiratory and ventilator care, palliative and hospice care, social and medical adult day programs, and on-site dialysis and infusion therapy. Sharing the campus is Gurwin’s Assisted Living community (Gurwin Jewish : Fay J. Lindner Residences) and our independent living community (Fountaingate Gardens).

We are currently seeking a part-time LPN Supervisor for Gurwin’s Assisted Living community - Gurwin Jewish : Fay J. Lindner Residences.

The LPN Supervisor should be caring and compassionate and must possess excellent nursing skills in addition to strong leadership capabilities to continue our reputation of providing the gold standard of excellence in assisted living.
Days and Hours: NEW GRADS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY - shifts will vary Requirements Include:
Current valid NYS LPN License. Previous knowledge/experience of geriatric nursing preferred.
Must possess excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with strong relationship building and be an effective leader.
