We spend our days positively impacting the summer camp community by helping children reach their potential, enact age‑appropriate goals, and change lives in our Y community.

Responsibilities
Supervise campers and implement activities.
Ensure all campers can participate in all activities, regardless of varied abilities—physical or intellectual—and actively participate to encourage participation.
Ensure appropriate behavior of campers and staff to avoid the risk of accidents.
Assist in maintaining effective communication with parents/guardians regarding camper and camp activities.
Embody the GPY commitment to diversity and inclusion, respecting race, color, creed, or gender identification.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Or enrolled in a minimum of two years of child development coursework approved by state licensing requirements.
Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, and experience working with children.
