Description We are seeking an experienced full-time Front Desk Agent to join the Guest Services Team at this beautiful beachfront resort located in Naples, Florida. This year‑round position comes with a competitive wage and benefits package. If you have experience as a front desk/concierge in a luxury resort or hotel, have a passion for creating exceptional memories, and are detail‑oriented while working in a fast‑paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to work for a leader in the hospitality field.
Requirements
Must have 1 to 2 years of front desk operations experience preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English both written and oral.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
The ability to work on multiple computer systems and enter information accurately.
