What We’re Looking For A polished and guest-focused Restaurant Server who delivers exceptional fine dining experiences through attentive service, accurate order execution, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in professionalism, menu knowledge, and creating memorable moments for every guest. Confidence, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential in this role.

Confident in menu knowledge and skilled at offering thoughtful recommendations

Detail-oriented and organized during high-volume service periods

Personable, polished, and committed to elevating the guest experience

Collaborative teammate with a positive, solutions-focused mindset

What You Will Do

Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence and professionalism

Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences and special requests

Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards

Maintain thorough menu and wine knowledge to provide pairing suggestions

Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit

Process payments accurately using POS systems

Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar promptly

Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and properly stocked

Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties

Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service

Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed

Perform additional duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes Required

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience

Strong guest service and communication skills

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

TIPS alcohol-service certification

Preferred

Experience with POS systems

High School Diploma or equivalent
