We’re looking for someone who takes pride in creativity, product knowledge, and professional service while ensuring every drink meets quality and presentation standards. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are essential in this role.**Who You Are*** Friendly and approachable with strong guest engagement skills* Skilled at managing multiple drink orders during peak periods* Detail-oriented in recipe execution, safety practices, and presentation* Service-driven professional who enhances each guest’s dining experience* Collaborative team player who supports seamless restaurant operations**What You Will Do*** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferences* Recommend cocktails, wine, and pairings based on guest interests* Ensure beverages meet quality and presentation standards* Greet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service* Take drink orders accurately from guests and servers* Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices* Set up and break down the bar, ensuring supplies, equipment, and garnishes are ready* Maintain a clean and organized bar, including glassware, surfaces, and tools* Track inventory levels and report shortages to leadership* Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations* Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and culinary teams for smooth operations* Assist with restocking and barback support during busy shifts* Perform other duties as assigned**Your Experience Includes*****Required:**** Previous food and beverage experience; bartending experience strongly preferred* Knowledge of cocktail techniques, beer and wine offerings, and responsible alcohol service* Excellent guest service and communication skills* Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift* Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays* TIPS alcohol-service certification***Preferred:**** Hotel or upscale restaurant experience* High School Diploma or equivalent**Who You’ll Supervise**N/AHeadquartered in New York City, Loews Hotels & Co is rooted in deep heritage in the hotel industry and excellence in service.
