Receptionist & Switchboard
Position at RICOH COLOMBIA. Provides exceptional service by greeting/assisting visitors and answering/transferring calls from the United States.
Responsibilities
Greets the public.
Distributes name badges to visitors and temporary employees.
Schedules meeting rooms.
Answers and transfers calls from the United States.
Participates in company and community service events.
Performs light administrative duties and PC support as needed.
Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
Maintains company phone, speed dial lists, and calendar.
Updates the automated messaging center daily.
Assists Administration or other teams with envelope labels, manuals, etc.
Orders, maintains, and distributes promotional items for the Promotional Store.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of prior switchboard experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
Working Conditions
Office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
Work assignments are diversified and require interpretation of complex material.
Some physical effort required; mostly sedentary with walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Moderate dexterity: basic skills with calculator, keyboard, hand tools.
