About the Role Join A Childrens Carousel as a Preschool Teacher, where you'll inspire young minds in a nurturing and creative environment. We're looking for passionate educators who are excited to make a difference in the lives of children in Sunrise, FL.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
Monitor and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
State certification or licensure for teaching preschool-aged children.
Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Creativity and enthusiasm in implementing educational activities.
Background check clearance and child CPR/First Aid certification required.
