Location: Chattanooga, TN 37312 Dynamic Group Management We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part‑time Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Element by Westin in Chattanooga, TN. This role is perfect for individuals with prior hotel experience who are looking for flexible weekend shifts. Base Pay Range:
$15.00/hr – $16.00/hr Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform other front desk duties as assigned. Qualifications
Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient with hotel management software is a plus. Shift Details
Part‑time position with 8‑hour or 10‑hour shifts available. Workdays: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Part‑time. Job function: Front desk / Guest services. Industry: Hospitality.
