Job Description ZRS is a leading residential property management company that offers consistent service to both residents and clients through the recruitment, hiring, and retention of talented individuals in the apartment industry.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:
Maintaining the buildings
Keeping breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
Sweeping and/or blowing debris
Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
Walking the property monthly
Pressure washing the buildings
Preparing market‑ready units
Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities
Maintaining the compactor area free from debris
Must possess the right attitude and dedication along with strong:
Customer service
Detail‑oriented
Organizational skills
