Responsibilities
Maintain the buildings
Keep breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
Sweep and/or blow debris
Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings
Walk the property monthly
Pressure wash the buildings
Prepare market-ready units
Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities
Keep the compactor area free from debris
Qualifications Must possess the right attitude and dedication along with strong
Customer service
Detail-oriented
Organizational skills
