Qualifications
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is welcome but not required)
Must pass background check and drug screening
Primary Responsibilities
Trash pickup and debris removal (Frequent walking)
Assist patrons with assorted issues
Tow truck assistance
Landscaping (String trim, mowing, weed control)
Delineation and sign maintenance
Routine inspections
Daily flag placements
Snow shoveling (Various areas)
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Strong situational awareness and ability to stay calm under pressure
Effective communication with agencies, coworkers, and the public
Problem-solving ability to quickly assess and respond to incidents
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Work Style
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and balancing
Work outdoors in all Colorado weather conditions, from summer heat to winter cold
Regular exposure to traffic hazards, heavy equipment, and emergency situations (PPE provided)
Schedule
Sunday and Monday from 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm (Including holidays if it falls on the schedule for that work day)
Thursday: 7:00 - 3:30 pm
Friday & Saturday 4:30 am - 1:00 pm
Off Tuesday and Wednesday
