Pay Range Base pay: $17.00/hr – $22.00/hr.
Location Centennial, CO
Summary Responsible for the safe and successful completion of all public infrastructure labor tasks.
Qualifications
0‑3 years of public infrastructure experience or related experience preferred.
Valid driver licence issued by the state where employed required.
CDL licence or willingness to train/earn a CDL preferred.
Traffic control certification or ability to obtain.
Essential Duties
Perform infrastructure maintenance tasks including striping, painting, thermoplastic road marking, sign repairs, proactive sign maintenance, crack sealing, asphalt repairs and seasonal snow maintenance.
Understand and implement job specifications for each site.
Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately.
Assess equipment operation issues and effectively communicate repair needs to shop personnel.
Encourage and maintain safe working conditions by promoting the Company’s “Culture of Safety,” including reinforcing bi‑weekly safety tailgate meetings and ensuring proper PPE usage.
Ensure adherence to company policies.
