Role Overview Our Avondale Porsche Grapevine Valet members ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates in our service drive. They are integral to the success of the company and client satisfaction both internally and externally. The Valet will park and retrieve service clients' cars in a friendly and professional manner while also having the opportunity to work on some of the most intriguing brands and vehicles in the world, performing the following responsibilities.

Greets clients and escorts them to the appropriate member

Parks cars in designated areas

Retrieves cars for clients

Finds and installs license plates

Replaces vehicle bulbs

Notifies Service Advisor if the client is waiting

Keeps service drive free of vehicles and clean and clear of debris

Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation

Helps clients transfer luggage or packages between cars

Assists technicians in moving inoperable vehicles

Alerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles

Drives clients to requested destination as needed

Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Operator’s Driver’s License (must be insurable)

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Driver’s License

Other certificates or licenses as required

Physical Demands The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
