CONCESSION FOOD SERVICE (SEASONAL)

Location: Lakeside Public Schools - 2837 Malvern Avenue, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901. Online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Part time; shifts vary based on events schedule. More details upon interview.
Fixed Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.
Responsibilities
Sell concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events.
Serve customers efficiently and friendly following outlined steps of service.
Interact with customers, resolving complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relay relevant information to supervisor.
Perform sales transactions timely, entering sales into the cash register to ensure accurate records.
Make change, accept acceptable forms of payment, issue receipts. Follow cash handling procedures.
Maintain assigned change funds and cash receipts in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
Replenish condiments and general supplies; maintain cleanliness of concession area.
Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior experience in food service and/or concessions positions preferred.
Good customer service skills.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Ability to work shifts varied events schedule.
