As a Janitor, you’ll provide top notch Janitorial services to the housing communities by ensuring that the offices, residential units, common areas and interior areas are cleaned and properly maintained according to specified guidelines, demonstrating the ability to move items as necessary and adhere to safety rules and regulations, and performing some maintenance duties as necessary.
Responsibilities
Ensure that offices, residential units, common areas, and interior areas are cleaned and properly maintained according to specified guidelines.
Move items as necessary while adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Perform some maintenance duties as necessary.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or higher education.
Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial or groundskeeping experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer and technical skills.
Ability to travel as necessary for training.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to be flexible and receptive to a diverse population.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
