Responsibilities
Ensure that offices, residential units, common areas and interior areas are cleaned and properly maintained according to specified guidelines.
Move items as necessary while adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Perform some maintenance duties as necessary.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or higher education.
Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial or grounds‑keeping experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer and technical skills.
Ability to travel as necessary for training.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to be flexible and receptive to a diverse population.
Valid driver’s license.
