Employment type: Part‑time

Shift: Night (24 hours weekly)

Location: 380 North Oxford Valley Road, Langhorne, Pennsylvania

Position classification: Senior/ Senior‑level

Responsibilities The RN Administrative Supervisor provides operational oversight across all shifts, ensuring patient movement, staffing, emergency management, and clinical coordination. Duties include:

Facilitating patient movement and staffing during on‑call hours.

Managing emergency medical and facilities incidents.

Coordinating clinical activities and collaboration across departments.

Serving as liaison for off‑shift departments lacking onsite leadership.

Providing leadership and consultation in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

BSN required; MSN preferred.

State‑issued Registered Nurse license.

BLS certification.

Minimum five years nursing experience, including two years in hospital management.

Demonstrated leadership ability in a hospital setting.
