Job Overview
Assists customers in Marina Store to promote service, sales, and the enjoyment of Lake Oconee. Learns boating and fishing products and promotes special order items. Processes sales receipts, daily reports, and inventory audits. Answers telephones and radio as the front line person for customer contact for information, boat launch and repair requests.
Responsibilities
Works with DOM to order and display merchandise creatively, introducing new ideas and products, and catering to our customer needs.
Assists DOM and Administrative Assistant in other administrative functions, special events, and projects as needed.
Stocks and arranges coolers and displays to maintain aesthetic appeal, introduces new ideas and products.
Assists in daily marina operations and special events as directed by management.
Process service orders.
Qualifications
Must have the ability to work with the public, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel, Point of Sale System.
Must be 18 years old to handle the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Professional appearance and manner.
Ability to handle paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Desire knowledge of boating and fishing.
Courteous and positive attitude.
Ability to solve problems when supervisor is unavailable.
