Responsibilities
Analyze the implementation requirements of the Parole Board and court case actions.
Research, analyze, and evaluate all violation hearing materials.
Review and prioritize incoming correspondence.
Provide office support by answering telephone inquiries and sorting and prioritizing cases to ensure timely processing.
Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Parole Board and court case processes.
Work Schedule and Additional Information
Full‑time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 60‑minute lunch.
Telework: May work from home part‑time, up to 3 days per week, with required secure high‑speed internet in Pennsylvania. If unable to telework, option to report to headquarters in Harrisburg. Availability subject to change.
Salary: Starting salary may be non‑negotiable in some cases.

Qualifications
One year as a Parole Staff Technician 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration).
Four years of clerical experience that included one year in the interpretation and analysis of sentences and case information of criminal offenders.
An equivalent combination of experience and training that included one year in the interpretation and analysis of sentences and case information of criminal offenders.
Special Requirements
Obtain Commonwealth Law Enforcement Assistance Network (CLEAN) certification within three months of employment and maintain this certification for the duration of employment.
Other Requirements
Meet the PA residency requirement.
Be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements
Pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
