Position Information The Custodian, under supervision, provides daily, general cleaning services to Center buildings.
Responsibilities
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, applies finish to floors, dusts, and cleans glass, walls, and restrooms.
Assists with trash removal from buildings.
Cleans/polishes metal hardware, shampoos carpet, moves furniture, and mixes cleaning chemicals.
Reports major damage on equipment.
Performs other duties as directed.
Required Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
No prior experience required.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
What You Need To Know Salary:
This is an hourly paid position. Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
