Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate and maintain equipment to support aggregate production* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery* Assist with material handling and loading operations* Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards* Support plant operations through general labor and cleanup tasks**What Are We Looking For*** Ability to work safely and follow established procedures* Strong commitment to teamwork and reliability* Capability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment* Willingness to perform physical tasks in varying conditions* Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $18.06 to $24.24 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
