Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks.* Assist with material handling and cleanup to maintain a safe work area.* Support production team with operational needs and troubleshooting.* Follow all safety protocols and company procedures consistently.**What Are We Looking For*** Ability to work safely and follow established guidelines.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.* Capability to operate and maintain mechanical equipment.* Effective communication and teamwork skills.* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.* Must comply with all company safety and operational standards.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** Starting pay of $20.00 per hour DOE* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
