Converting- EVOL Operator PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Operates EVOL machine, sets to proper length customers specifications.

SAFETY PROCEDURES:

Read and understand SAFETYRULES & HOUSEKEEPING GUIDELINES and receive training in proper operating procedures

Receive instructions in the following:

Lockout procedures

Hearing protection

Safety shoes

Moving machinery & start up notification

All stop buttons

All nip points

Lifting and pushing/pulling

Safety guards, gates & chains

HOUSEKEEPING:

Perform daily cleanup of area

Dump trash as needed

Following cleaning scheduling listed in Safety Manual

Keep scrap picked up

MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

A: Read & use Factory Order, Web Line Up & EVOL Run

Sheet & Cutting List

B. Ability to know if equipment is operating properly

Know different grades of paper & when records

Maintain production & traceability records

Set up & perform dry end role
