Overview One You Love Homecare Bridgewater is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide care to seniors in a safe, secure, professional environment under the direction and guidance of the skilled (RN).
Responsibilities
Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
Help with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, and driving clients to doctor appointments.
Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.
Qualifications
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day.
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
CHHA License in NJ.
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
Supportive and compassionate.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a Caregiver.
