As a
Room Attendant (Housekeeper) , you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Clean & maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, cleaning mirrors and windows, wiping surfaces, and thorough sanitization.
Change bed linens and towels regularly, following hotel brand standards.
Thoroughly clean and disinfect the bathroom, replenish toiletries, and arrange items properly.
Inspect rooms (including VM and VR) to meet brand and cleanliness standards, reporting discrepancies to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Collect and dispose of all trash in rooms, hallways, and common areas; report missing or damaged items promptly.
Prepare rollaway beds upon request, organize guest rooms, and ensure a spotless environment.
Restock housekeeping carts with linens, cleaning supplies, and toiletries.
Adhere to hotel policies for handling lost and found items.
Recheck rooms at departure times and inform the Housekeeping Supervisor of room readiness for the next guest.
