Crossover Join Alpha’s mission to transform education with innovative, AI‑powered learning. As Elite Coach, you will lead a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with world‑class precision and inspire students to achieve beyond the classroom. Compensation & Benefits
Base pay:
$75.00/hr
(equivalent to $150,000 per year, paid weekly). Includes comprehensive health benefits from day one, HSA/FSA options, 401(k) Roth, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Location
On‑site positions available in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. Key Responsibilities
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world‑class precision. Create Guide Playbooks outlining best practices, engaging activities, and challenge solutions. Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and achievement. Mentor a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivating techniques. What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating lesson plans – Guides support learning through adaptive applications. Compromising standards – maintain a 100% passing grade benchmark. Conducting uninspiring training – coach Guides through dynamic, high‑energy, experiential development. Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning & development, coaching, or a related field. Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, building, managing, and motivating high‑performing teams. Experience working with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting. Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement. Availability to work on‑site in one of the listed locations. Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. About Alpha
