As a teacher, you will support children’s daily learning and development. You’ll work in a supportive community of dedicated educators and staff.
Responsibilities
Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child’s needs.
Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
Partner and communicate with parents, sharing a commitment to best care and education.
Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
Cultivate positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Required Skills and Experience
Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and multitasking abilities.
State-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Capacity to assume low-level postures for contact with children and engage physically with them.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate with students and parents.
