Bilingual Production Assistant Position – Responsibilities & Customer Support
Provide administrative and project support to the production team in low voltage structured wiring.
Coordinate production schedules, work orders, and documentation in both English and Spanish.
Assist with inventory tracking, equipment organization, and order processing.
Translate technical documents, instructions, and communications as needed.
Ensure all data entry, filing, and reporting tasks are completed accurately.
Communicate progress and challenges to project managers and team members.
Perform other administrative and production support tasks as assigned by supervision.
Essential Skills For Bilingual Production Assistance & Team Collaboration
Proficient bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish required).
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities.
Effective interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Familiarity with administrative and scheduling processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education & Experience For Bilingual Production Support Roles
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Previous experience in a similar administrative, production, or assistant role preferred.
Experience working in a bilingual (Spanish‑English) environment is highly desirable.
Prior exposure to home automation, electrical, or construction industries is a plus.
