We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team and help drive revenue by converting leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting project coordination.

Main Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and CRM.
Qualify prospects, perform needs assessments, and present appropriate HomePro solutions.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and follow‑up communications.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with production, field teams, and dispatch.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on long‑term satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotions and ensure smooth handoffs.
Participate in team meetings and training to stay current on products, pricing, and processes.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager.
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferred 1–3 years).
Strong phone presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer‑focused mindset with demonstrated ability to build rapport and drive conversions.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced company.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional in‑person meetings.
Required Education & Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college coursework or degree in business, communications, or related field is a plus.
1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
Necessary Skills & Abilities
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Effective time management and follow‑up discipline.
Comfortable using technology to document and track sales activities.
Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
