Job Responsibilities
Perform daily BDC department operations
Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results
Prepare individual “call results reports” for management
Record and listen to customer calls
Answer calls directed to the parts and service departments
Set service appointments
Interface with other department heads
Participate in dealership management meetings
Skills/Qualifications
Successful track record in service department operations, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department management
The ability to manage high call volumes, servise & parts leads and call lists simultaneously
Overall knowledge of automotive service department operations
Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
Experience in training teams and individuals preferred
Job Requirements
High school diploma/GED
Basic computer skills
Dealership BDC experience
Must have valid driver license
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check
Compensation Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies
