Pay Range $23.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to residents, families, co‑workers, and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
Dust, wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, and hallways; sweep, scrub, and wax floors as needed.
Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays; transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
Clean lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, elevator landings, stairways, and hallways according to schedule.
Report equipment, structural, or furniture repair needs and complete maintenance or housekeeping orders promptly.
Assist with laundry and linens, including transportation, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, storing, and delivering.
Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and laundry areas.
Perform emergency housekeeping as required for accidents or special needs.
Follow department safety standards, use PPE and safety equipment, and report hazards or accidents.
Attend all mandatory in‑service meetings and comply with department and facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Prior housekeeping, laundry, or related experience is highly desirable.
Screening & Certification Successful candidates must complete a pre‑employment physical, a physical abilities test, a drug screen, and a Department of Justice criminal background clearance.
