Job Overview Same Day Door Service is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced office and support our commercial glazing and glass service operations. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customer service via phone, email, and text
Provide general administrative support for the office and light warehouse tasks
Assist with field service software platforms for work orders, estimates, and invoicing
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to support sales and material procurement
Coordinate scheduling with customers, including confirming appointments and adjusting as needed
Support basic tech and clerical needs across the office team
Occasionally run office or warehouse errands
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a similar office support role
Experience in glass and glazing, entry door, or garage door sales, including basic familiarity with industry terminology, service workflows, and product types.
High integrity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
Comfortable using a PC, smartphone, email, and business software platforms
Prior experience in construction is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional and courteous demeanor with internal and external contacts
Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle
